Friction hinge
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have been struggling to make a friction hinge(example link attached).
I have been trying to use the constraint tag to no avail. My hinge is slightly more complex than the example but if someone could explain how they would approach this I would be very grateful.

connectors would likely be the way to go but that may depend on the version of C4D you have
