Freeze Frame on Monitor Playback FCP through AJA Kona 3
Hello,
Heres the problem: I’m only getting a freezeframe on my monitor when trying to playback on FCP7.
I’m using a Mac Pro, FCP7, a Sony Broadcast monitor, AJA Kona 3 system.
The test color bars appear on the screen when using the AJA Control Panel. When I change it to ‘black’ or other test screen options, they change on the monitor. So there IS a connection working. When I scrub thru my sequence I can see my footage. When I play, all I get is a freezeframe. The playback on FCP plays as normal. My sequence setting is Apple ProRes 422(HQ) 23.98fps.
Please help!

What frame size? 1080, 720?

1920×1080 is the frame size.

So hut control q and use the aja kona 1080psf 23.98 ProRes HQ easy setup.
