freeze and zoom
i’m editing some footage of people and need to introduce them in it so i’ve done a freeze frame and zoom but i want to add a bit more to it to make it look a bit cooler. I edit with final cut and use after effects for anything else, the freeze and zoom can be done in either, but i was wondering if anyone had any advice as to which would be better for it and what cool effects i could use. i’ve tried a few things that look ok but just wondered if there was anything i’d not thought of. it always entertains me when a movie or show busts out with “zoom and enhance”. lol
While obviously some soccer moms buy it, I have to think a few wannabe filmmakers think it’s feasable as well.
