    Hi,
I am making a short movie scene of 2 people in the front seat of a car talking. The scene is just 2 people talking and they’re supposed to be in a taxi or car.

I searched google for “free stock footage” front view of car, etc. but can’t find anything but car driving (side view or from the inside view), etc.

This is the view through the front windshield with/without a steering wheel. I could even use a plain old jpg really.

Any idea where I can get some video or a pic like this?

    Thanks
    Vmusic

Call two friends with a car

Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

Just hang some greenscreen in your wind shield and take a high rez pic, then key the people in.

    Hi,
First – thanks for the good suggestions…. I apologize but I’m in a bind here………OK…. I’m in China (living and teaching)

    – I don’t have a car here
    – I don’t have nice tools like green screen (or a car to put the green screen in front of or behind or whatever)
also…….as I was thinking (that usually gets me into trouble) but a regular “head-on” picture of car almost always has glare from the windshield.

I really was hoping somebody might know of or has seen the perfect still image that would give a movie that ‘sitting in the front seat’ feel to it. I thought about trying to make it or doctor it up in Photoshop (which I have, although I use Vegas for movie creation)

    Thanks Again!!

Just as a question, if you get a photo of a car you like (which I hope you should be able to do) can you use a Bezier Mask to cut out the windshield, add your people, and then use some kind of inverted mask to add in an effect of glass glare?

    Hi,
    Good idea…..

One thought was that I would like 3 layers.

    1) Whatever is in front the driver/passenger in the front seat
    2) The driver and passenger – which is what I will film with my camera
    3) Whatever is behind the driver/passenger (front seat head rest – back seat – back windshield etc.)

    Maybe I’m dreaming…….
    Alex
