    Hello fellow Creative COWers,

I’ve had some pretty ugly experiences with client media in the recent past. For some reason, I don’t think they understand the concept of keeping files separate.

I got pretty fed up with all of it, so I wrote myself a script to organize all the media into folders according to Aharon Rabinowitz’s suggestions. Hopefully this will help more people than just myself.

    Enjoy:

Sure thing. I’ll get working on it. Windows can sometimes be a little more stubborn than a Mac/Linux system. Hopefully it won’t take too long.

If you need to use it sooner rather than later and if you’re OS-savvy, you could try installing cygwin and running it in there. Cygwin allows you to run bash scripts inside Windows, among other things.

But I’ll get working on a Windows version.
