  While this may belong in the Flash forums, I’ve seen a few posts asking how to implement flash in a webpage, and how to add that nifty splash screen in front of it.

  This has been around for a while and you’ll need to do a bit of reading, but it makes putting videos on your own web site a breeze, all with a simple export from Premiere, bypassing Flash.
