This looks like exactly what I need for my current project…except that it scales my clip by about 150% with no option to change that. Why does it do that?

Hmmm. I’ll have to check. I think I need to add some snapshots for different resolutions. I think I made this 720p. I’ll look this evening and maybe there will be a v1.2. 🙂

I though it was resolution related too, but I tried it on a 720p clip in a 720p project and the scaling effect was the same. Thanks for looking into it. This will be very useful to me if this gets resolved.

Hi Ashton

In your Motion project your Effect Source scale is set to 149.95% – you just need to reset that to 100%.

It’s always a good idea to set up your project with media that is the same size otherwise you can end up with problems like this.

I’d also suggest that you [ublish the “roundness” parameter of your mask shape as it’s got sharp corners. It might be better to replace it with an ellipse rather than a bezier shape.
