    Hi,

I have a bunch of clips that is shot in 50fps. These need to be converted to 30fps. Is it possible to do that from the bin?
I rather not put them all down on the timeline first.

And, what is the % for this conversion?

Although my blog is mainly about sample rates and pitch correction, the spreadsheet does also offer you a percentage calculation given two frame rates:

Media Composer does not offer any source side “interpret as” frame rate changes like Adobe Premiere Pro (and possibly others, but I don’t use them). There is some source side speed change coming in 8.3 related to this, but won’t be any arbitrary rate.

50fps to play back at 30fps is 60% of original speed.

If you use the Google version, you need to sign in, if you download it, you need Microsoft Excel.
