Framerate problem
Hi
I have half of my shot in 30i and the other half in 24p (maybe a bit more)
shot with Sony EX3 XDcam.I’ve tried to put it into a 24p sequence or a 30 fps.
In either case, same problem, we see the lines (interlaced) in the exported sequence on half of the shot (probably the 24 p ones when exported in a 30 fps sequence) (and the reverse, when exported with the 24 p sequence).
What can I do ???
Makes me want to cry!
I’ve already done the editing, I’m picture lock.
It’s a documentary of 24 min.Thanks!

A fast solution is to choose a progressive sequence and try to deinterlace the 30i shots with the method below :

Isn’t there another way.
That’s doesn’t change anything.Could I de-interlace the 30i footage to make it 24 p?

strange !
you can deinterlace the used shots by right-clicking on the shots in your timeline. Then choose “field options”, then choose “always deinterlace”.
