I’m doing a TV show with clips rendered in 1920x1080i ProRes 422. An animation was delivered but the picture plays back slightly jittery, like it’s missing one of the fields. The animator, who told me the project was frame dominant, not field dominant. The workflow is they rendered the (After Effects) project to QT in an animation codec, then rendered to ProRes. How do we re-render to achieve proper playback? DeInterlace? Stumped and rehearsing today.
Just to make it extra fun, the final QT is xfered to EVS via AT Access for studio playout.

Just change the field dominance of the clip from none to Upper, then replace the clip in the timeline.

You can also have them rerender Upper First for an interlaced file.
