  Frame size adjustment

  I am creating a 600×240 frame size file in motion with a .9 aspect ratio. In FCP I prepare my sequence as a 600×240 frame size with a .9 aspect ratio. When I import the motion file into FCP I am getting a letterbox on top and bottom. The only way I can fill the frame is to adjust the scale without constraints.

  I was expecting that I could drop the file in and it would fit because everything was created the same.

  Can anyone suggest what might be the cause of the letterbox?
