Are there filters or plug-ins available for Premiere Pro 1.5 to
rotate frames in a sequence to correct for a non-level camera?
Only a few degrees of rotation needed to re-align to a level horizon line. -

The Motion Effects Rotate parameter should work for you. I don’t have the old software on my PC anymore, but it should be in Motion, I think.
