  Frame Rates

  Hi,
  I need to create footage that looks aged and jerky – projected. sort of 8mm projection
  Fine with getting the look but stuck on frame rates..

  I have rendered out the movie from after effects at 12fps

  I then import the rendered file into premiere to a seq set to 25fps (I’m in the UK)

  does this mean the nice jerky motion will get smoothed out?

  Or, in AE should I nest the footage, change the nested comp to 12fps use preserve frame rates on the nested comp and render it out at 25 to go into Premiere?

  bit unsure of best method.
