    Hi!
I have footage in 24 fps.
On it I composite another piece of 24 fps footage (screen in monitor)
I would like to give the monitor (the footage in the screen)
a posterise time effect and drop it’s frame-rate.
But now matter how I do it, the end result is glitchy in the final render.
    The best example:
If there’s a pan and the shot moves sideways, the posterise time does good job drtopping frame and making it look CCTVish. but the monitor itself would be jumpy and joggy due to the frame difference.
    How can it be resolved?
It dosent matter If I put the effect on the layer, or if I precomp the layer.
The main comp is 24 fps.
It feels like i am missing something basic here.
    Thanks
