  Frame rate increase/decrease/convert from PAL???

  First of all, I have a video that I obtained as PAL format but the original movie was 24p. I know how the music sounds in the original version so can stretch it back to the original pitch, but I have no knowledge of how to stretch the video back so it is exactly 24 frames without any skip. Is there a simpler way to convert 25p to 24 (or 23.976), like actually stretch the frames not speed, so that I can play it at it’s original audio speed?

  Also I noticed for some videos if the source is interlaced I can increase it from 25p to 50p, or 30p to 60p etc. But for progressive videos this doesn’t seem to work. Is there a plugin for Sony Vegas that can do motion interpolation?
