  Frame rate (fps) analyzing app?

  I’ve been looking for some application for work which displays the frame rate on a video, for it to show if the recording can keep a steady rate or if it drops in certain scenes.

  More to the point it’s for video games, such as if a game can keep a locked 60 frames per second or does it drop in specific areas when there’s a lot going on screen.

  I’ve looked for quite along time on Google but can never find anything, is it possible to do something like this in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 or After Effects?
