  Frame rate dilema

  Last week I shot an interview with two cameras (HVX200/HPX170), both cameras had their recording set up as 720p 30pn. In the scene file Frame rate was at “default” and the shutter at 180deg. On import to FCP the frame rate is coming in at 24 (23.98) I and others I have asked don’t know the reason why. Its not a problem I can continue to edit at 24 but I need to know and understand why it is not coming in at 30. The client specifically asked for 30fps.
