  Frame-rate converter that does not disturb cuts or fades and lighting points etc.

  Is there any Frame-rate converter on the market or MAC that does not mess any motion, cuts, fades (transitions) lighting etc? Example I want to convert some SD video from 25fps to 50fps or 23.976 to 50fps?

  (I tried using Twixtor, but was I had to manually track edit points which is very time consuming)
