frame rate conversion??

Hi

I am working on a project shot on Varicam. its NTSC. Some of the footage
have been shot with a higher frame rate, reason being is that when it is frame rate converted to 29 frames it will play in slow mo.

I normally send these tapes to a dubbing facility to get it frame rate converted, and I was wondering if there is a way to do this on final cut pro.
