  Frame Rate Conversion Workflow

  I edited a spot for the web in Premiere Pro 5.5 with 23.97fps footage. Now I need convert it to 29.97fps for broadcast. I understand how to convert in within AE, but at what point do I do this? Can I use Adobe Dynamic Link and replace the clips with AE comps and then export at 29.97fps? Or do I need to start over with a new sequence in Premiere with 29.97fps settings and import clips that have been converted in AE?
