Frame rate conversion
Quick question I am doing a show for several broadcasters some in north american and some in europe. We are cutting in 23.98 and will be converting to PAL for our europe masters. Anyone know offhand what the change in timing will be moving from 23.98 to 25? I believe we are doing a speed change to convert and not a telecine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to display a 25TC on the sequence. This will assume a frame for frame conversion which results in the program being 4.1% shorter in duration (playing faster). If it is not this type of conversion, this you can display 25PD (pulldown).
