Frame Hold Q? & Matrox realtime Track Matte?
Just getting to grips with Axio and Premiere…
1. What should I do to get a track matte (separate video clip and key clip) to work real-time on the Axio? I got the normal Adobe Track Matte to work but not real-time and I couldn’t get the Matrox Matte tools to do anything! Also, what, if any, still frame image format could I use and stay real-time?
2. On a non-Axio system now… trying to use Frame Hold to freeze a frame but it doesn’t do a thing unless I select Deinterlace – which I don’t want to do because there is no field motion and I don’t want to reduce the vertical resolution. What’s going on?
Any tips, much appreciated. I posted this in the Matrox section but no reply as yet. Anyone?
Jamie
