  Frame comparison of video

  I have some “surveillance” footage (video camera set up recorded for 36 hrs) that I need to go through to find when some thing enters the frame. Is there any type of software solution that can scrub through the clip comparing frames and mark or notify or something. I do have Vegas 8 Pro.
