    Well on windows you can also press CTRL+ Left or Right to move on the timeline.

    …it probably goes by command+Left or Right

    Hold the Fn button and hit the up/down arrow.

    That works. Thanks. But you know, it would make more sense if frame advance were accomplished with the arrow keys alone, and moving a layer’s position were accomplished with the modifier key. I’m always accidentally nudging a layer by bumping an arrow key. Too bad we can’t remap.

    I once saw a script enabling you to change your shortcuts. I believe it was at adobe exchange.
    Maybe that would solve some issues for you.
