  fragmented text in motion

  I am animating text in Motion. A simple path from right to left. When it is moving it is poor quality with the text having the appearance of being broken up into little horizontal lines. It sort of looks like a bad interlacing effect but when I ad the de-interlace filter is does not improve. I would think this would be most simple thing to do but I’m stumped.

  any help?
