Fractal Noise + Displacement Map not Working?
I have been having this problem where I am trying to create a glitch effect, but the displacement map doesnt seem to work…
I tried a template video and the displacement map worked great, so I think there is something I have forgot about in the fractal noise layer.Here is screenshots of what I have done:

When you precompose the Fractal Noise comp, make sure you use “Move all attributes into the new composition” so that the Fractal Noise effect stays on the solid layer and moves into the precomp. If you “Leave all attributes” instead, the solid will be precomposed but the Fractal Noise effect will remain in the main comp and apply to the precomp layer, and thus be invisible to the Displacement Map effect.
