    Hi there. What’s the easiest way to make a video look like if it has 15 fps? If I change it on comp settings, it`ll become very fast, instead I’d like it to remove 50% of the frames and prolongate the others, so it wouldn’t lose audio’s sync.

    Effect>time>posterize time. PT for short.

    You might need to apply PT to the entire comp rather than one layer if that layer has had keyframes applied. You apply it by dragging your comp into another, then applying PT … or by applying PT to an adjustment layer over the original comp. I haven’t tried the adjustment layer trick.

    Yep, that was an easy one. 🙂

    IMO, AE’s effects docs should not always be separate from the rest of the docs. Posterize Time should be covered in other documentation covering frame rates and playback reversal.
