FPS drops down frame dropping
I am doing transcoding with ffmpeg. I am facing problem like in some manufaturer’s camera during transcoding, FPS reduces below 30 inspite of it set to 30. SO I could not get output stream. I played with FFmpeg parameters to solve this but not any success. How to keep FPS 30 during transcoding?

The fps reported DURING transcoding does not relate to the final fps. This is merely an indication of how many frames it is processing per second.
Many factors influence this encoding speed. Size, codec, parameters etc.
If you really want real time encoding, I would suggest tweaking the encoding parameters and frame size until you get a satisfactory result within your speed limits.
What codec are you using?
