  FPS and its conversion.

  Hello All,

  I’m not really a newbie to editing but was just wondering about the interlace lines on my footage, now when i put my footage into Adobe premiere and don’t match up the settings the lines appear when i export. This is common sense, so I just adjusted the settings and exported it according to the fps needed. Now my question is, is there any way to change the fps of a footage and not loose the quality and not slow down the video??
