FPC not importing CONTENTS file
I know there must be simple solution.
After copying the Contents folder from the P2 card to the hard drive, FPC 4.5 HD will not import the Contents folder.

The answer is FCP 5.04.

Did you figure it out?
After you get FCP 5.0.4, you need to to FILE>IMPORT>Panasonic P2. You don’t do it the way you were describing.
