    Hello,

I am going to be doing internet only videos in the next month or so. It is mostly head shots of people, so there is not that much action. So which is the best format for internet videos, should I do 1080/60i or 1080/30p? The final image is going to be at most 640 x 360 but I want the best quality going in. I am not sure if a progressive source is better than an interlaced source especially if I am going to be shrinking the image.

Thanks in advance for your response.

1080/29.97p or 23.98p AVC-Intra 100. Stay progressive if you can. HD will look so much nicer on the web at 640 x 360.

Thanks for the info, If it going to be chroma keyed would you suggest 29.97p over 24p? Thanks again!

If there is no movement, you can get away with 23.98. 29.97 would be easier to key.
