  Format and codec for mass cd/movie distribution?

  I’m doing a 10 minute promo movie in FCP that I’d like to distribute on CD’s to all users (PC/Mac) but most of whom are PC users. I’d like it to autostart on insertion, if possible. I’ve got FCP, Studio Pro, Compressor and Soresen, etc but haven’t done this type of distribution before. I’m also considering VCD as well. Anyone have any ideas on the format and codec, or other aspects of this project. Thanks.
