  force 24p capture?

  hey guys
  was wondering if there’s any way to force premiere to capture 29.97 source as 24pa? it seems like it auto-detects whether it’s 24pa because of flagged A-frames, yadda yadda yadda, but is there some way to tell it “look, idiot, i know, make it 24pa anyway?”
