  Footage shot 16:9 HDV and 4:3 DVCPRO50

  So Im working on a project that they already digitized all the b roll stuff as its native 1080i HDV 16:9, and all my other elements and the master project will be 4:3 DVCPRO50……I am editing fine both, of course it doesnt look right, my question is, now that they have already gone down this path, what is the best way for me to convert the 16:9 HDV stuff to 4:3 DVCPRO50? Thks for the help.
