Footage ruined with incorrect shutter speed?
Hey guys,
Took some video of my sister’s wedding on my 550d with Magic Lantern installed. I was filming at 24fps and thought I had the Shutter Lock function on but my footage has come out extremely jaggy/blurry. I noticed later the shutter speed was at something crazy so I figure I must have been lazily scrolling through shutter speed rather than aperture. Is there any way to improve my footage if shutter speed was set too fast? I use CS6. I’ll attach a frame grab. Footage looks this bad in VLC and CS6.
Any help appreciated.

the only thing i know of is RSMB set at -2(neg 2).
https://revisionfx.com/products/rsmb/after-effects/but honestly, there’s almost no information left to work with.
