I created an animation in After Effects which was rendered with the Animation codec at 720*480, square pixels with no interlacing.

I imported into FCP the Aspect ratio setting in motion is set to 0 and the sequence settings match the animation. (720*480 Square pixels, no field dominance.)

I can’t get it clear. Please help me!

Judge it externally on a video monitor, and also try looking at it at 100%. Does it still look bad?

Might try a different codec. ProRes 4444 carries alpha if you need it.
