Footage only has audio
I recently shot a short film and my cinematographer used a Sony FS5 with an Atomic Shogun Monitor and the files play completely fine on his Macbook but when I try to open them on my windows PC, it’s only sound. VLC says the unsupported part is ‘APRH’ and when I open the footage in Premier Pro, the same, just sound and says unsupported compression file ‘aprh’. I have tried everything I can find so far, encoding it from MOV to something else, downloading a software called Catalyst Browse, I found that on a forum from this site. When I search aprh on google I only find stuff about ProRes Raw files so I downloaded an apple prores supporter for Adobe but still says the problem is ‘aprh’.
I just need some help badly, I don’t want to buy a Apple Mac just to edit a 25-30 minute short film.

You may want to take a look at the requirements for ProRes RAW.
