Footage Freeze Problem
I am having a serious problem with After Effects right now. For some reason, any footage that I have in my comps will just freeze. Sometimes it plays a bit and then freezes, other times it just displays a random frame instead of the moving image. This is happening on both previews and renders. I can restart the app and it will work fine for a bit, but the problem resurfaces shortly. I’ve had sever 8+ hour renders with this problem and its becoming very frustrating. I’m having problems mostly with quicktimes, but several different codecs are having the same problems. I’m using animation, png, HDV 1080, and some uncompressed codecs. I’m running CS3 on an Intel Mac with QT Pro 7.3.0
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

since it seems to b a footage issue, possibly updating your qt (7.4.5 is the latest) may help.
