    Footage format to ask for?

    Hi

    Some footage has already been shot for an upcoming project – PAL Widescreen 720×576 I think. In which format should I ask for it for import into AE? I’m guessing that QT is not good enough? Does anyone know of a resource to use?

    quicktime uncompressed is fine. As is animation. What editing software is it coming from?

    Thanks. Haven’t asked yet… is it important? What details are important to me? Is it ok if they give it to me on a DVD?
