Footage and audio problem
can anyone help me,
Whenever i try to move my footage and audio they seem to not move unless moved down the time line a far way, i can’t just move it a tiny bit it doesn’t move unless i want to move it quite far. also when i cut my footage it automatically moves to the place where i cut it, with the audio when i put in a new sound or cut the whole audio on that track moves.i think it might be a simple option a may have to click or unclick, does anyone have this problem and if so could they tell me how to resolve it?

it could be, how do i go about turning it off is it in the avid control panel?
