I don’t know what’s up with it, but for some reason I can’t change the font at all. No matter how many times I click on the arrow, it won’t change or show up any of the other options.
It’s weird becuase the arrow right under it works right away. Something’s only wrong with the Font arrow.
If you know how to fix it, please help me.
    Thanks.
BTW, I am running After Effects CS4.

Can you select the typeface name directly and start typing the name of the typeface you want in the text entry box instead of using the arrow?

Have you tried closing and reopening the character panel, or resizing it?

Maybe you need to reset your preferences — hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac) while the Ae is starting.

After trying a whole bunch of times yesterday, I was finally able to change the font by typing.
Today, I’m able to type, and to click on the arrow and get all the choices. But that’s usually not the case. I usually can’t change it.
    I don’t know what’s wrong with it.
