Font Type…
I trying to look for the same font and need help any idea what font this is called?
and also see where is has the red looking bar on the lower third bar were it says Melbourne see how the colour has sort of changed both ways but its different to like the ramp effect. How can I do this?

You could try What The Fona=t, you upload an image and it will analyze the font and give you suggestions as to what it might be. I can’t say with 100% certainty, but I think that’s just Helvetica Bold.
As for the red bar, it just looks like the Layer Style Bevel with the size turned up to around 12 and the Shadow Opacity brought down to 50%
