  Font issue between AE and PP

  I am having a weird issue with a dynamically linked After Effects file in Premiere Pro. If i am in premiere the linked file has text that is garbled like it has the wrong typeface. If i open AE i can see the text as it should be and it is fixed in Premiere. If i close AE the text goes back to being garbled. What the heck is going on? I can’t even send the video to media encoder without AE open. Any one know how to fix this?
