Follow up for Luke
Hello Luke,
A week or two ago I posted about my Kona SD card, decklink driver v5, and 2ghz G5. You posted that you were going to try to test the configuration out…I was just wondering if you had any insight into the problem yet. I have wiped my drive and reinstalled 4.5 for the time being…but I am running tiger, so the drivers are still not working, but FCP is working correctly and I have another system for layoffs.Thanks,

Hi Eli,
Sorry for the delay and I definitely haven’t forgotten about this. I’ve done some testing but haven’t replicated the problem. I want to do more testing with a bunch of different cards which appear to have different firmware versions to see if that explains why you see a problem and I don’t. Our test machines have been very much in use in the lead up to the IBC trade show but I’m hoping that I’ll have a chance to perform more testing in the next few days once the show gets under way.
