    Hey Cow,

I am archiving an old project which shot 5D & 7D. The files were backed up on two drives. The drives are the exact same. We bought two at once. They are both using the same Mac OS Extended (Journaled) formatting.

One folder on the first drive is bigger than the matching folder on the other drive but has less items. When I go subfolder by subfolder, the number of items is actually the same.

I’m a little afraid to delete my transcodes since I suspect one of these copies of the H264s is corrupt, and I’m not sure which to trust – the one with a larger folder size or the one with more items.

Has anyone encountered this? Is there any way to have the OS compare folders on two drives and provide a list of conflicts?

    Thanks in advance,
    Christian
