  Folder Popup

  I’m looking to make a window pop up when anyone puts anything on the desktop of the computer.

  Basically I want it to give them a message telling them to keep their junk on their drive instead of saving it to the desktop.

  Does anyone know how to set that up? I played around with folder actions but couldn’t figure out the necessary apple scripting.
