Flycam 3000 vs Flycam Nano
I recently purchased the Flycam 5000. Mistake. It is intended for big, broadcast, shoulder-mount cameras, not DSLR. I found myself having to ‘build on’ my rig up top just to add MORE weight and still not getting the result I wanted.
So I know I need to go smaller, but how much smaller?
The reason I chose the 5000 first was because sometimes I do have a mic/light/h4n/etc on my scorpion rig and I’d like to be able to snap that on top. Maybe I’m just over thinking this, and maybe that is NOT what a Flycam is even intended for. Maybe I need to use it for what it’s for and that’s just a camera.
But I am still undecided between the Nano and the 3000.
Anyone out there used both and can help me flip this coin for me?
I appreciate your advice, thanks in advance!
