What are my options for taking a FLV file and converting it into h.264 for delivery on iTunes. I am looking at the Eltima Flash Player Pro to get it into some sort of QT format and then encoding with compressor to flv.

PS-Client only has the flv files, master are lost.

    Thanks in advance

Use visual hub, and go directly to the h264.

Another app that I really happen to like is MPEG Streamclip. It also happens to be free.
