  .flv file flickers when exported from Premiere

  Hi,
  I’m exporting a file in Adobe Media Encoder from Adobe Premiere Pro as a FLV file but when I open it, the movie flickers. It plays fine on the timeline. There a few effects on the video file (Lighting effect, brightness & contrast, Tint) which are all necessary.
  I lower the bitrate to about 450-500
  size: 320X240

  what is wrong?
