FLV export
I know people have asked the same question but non of the past threads gives me an answer.
So im part of a campaign where we stream 2 cameras live for 8 hours a day then at the evening we copy over the flv which is basically between 1-2 gb x 2 cameras. I need to get it into final cut but exporting with perian, compressor or mpeg streamclip takes forever just for on file about 800mb i am using h.264 high quality, and I have tried different other setups, but everything is so damn slow. Is there anything i can do. I really dont have time to wait this long. Help!

Why are you compressing it to h.264? That’s your problem right there, it’s not an editing codec.
